These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, free tools, and services provided by Booked Job ("Booked Job," "we," "us"), including our social media automation software and the Booked Job Auto Social integration with TikTok. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Booked Job publishes free educational content, calculators, and other tools for home-service business owners, and operates software that schedules and publishes our own marketing content to our own social media accounts. Our content and tools are provided for general informational purposes.
Our content, calculators, and estimates are educational and general in nature. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or professional business advice, and no result or number is guaranteed. You are responsible for decisions you make for your business. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
Our calculators produce illustrative estimates based on the inputs you provide and general industry figures. Results are approximations, not promises of outcomes. You may embed our calculators on your own site where we offer an embed option, provided you keep the attribution link intact and do not alter their function.

Our automation, including Booked Job Auto Social, publishes our own content to our own connected social media accounts, including TikTok via the TikTok API. Where these tools are used to connect an account:
You agree not to: use the services unlawfully; scrape, overload, or disrupt the site; attempt to gain unauthorized access; misrepresent your identity; or use our content or tools to violate the rights of others or the terms of any third-party platform.
The Booked Job name, logo, content, and tools are owned by us and protected by law. You may read, share links to, and (where offered) embed our tools with attribution. You may not copy, resell, or republish our content wholesale, or remove attribution, without our written permission.
Our services interact with and link to third-party platforms (including TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube, and others). We do not control those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
THE SERVICES, CONTENT, AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or estimate is accurate for your situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booked Job and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Booked Job from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party platform's terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the "last updated" date and post the changes here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
